I don’t particularly enjoy reading. Most of the time I read, I end up falling asleep two pages into the book. However, lately I have been in a reading mood.
Nobody likes to admit that they struggle. Nobody likes to admit that they have a problem. Nobody likes to admit that they need help. However, everyone struggles at some point in their life whether they like it or not.
There are so many types of eating disorders, and although it might not seem like it, most people struggle with at least one eating disorder throughout their life whether it’s diagnosed or not. So this post is dedicated to providing a brief background on some of the more common eating related disorders.
Everyone’s journey is different, so I thought it was fitting to share my own story to start off my blog.
