To follow up last weeks post on meal planning, I wanted to talk about meal prepping today. Meal planning is so crucial to money saving, and to take it a step further, you can also meal prep to save more time.
My number one time and money saving tip is meal planning. I have and continue to do this and I can’t even tell how much money it has saved me.
There are so many protein bar variations. Some are meant to be snacks and some are meant to be meals. Some claim to be the best, but are loaded with all sorts of chemicals. Some say they are health bars, but have the nutritional profile of a candy bar. Choosing the right one is like finding an earring in a ball pit.
