I hope everyone had a fantastic Thanksgiving. Holidays can be tough for anyone struggling with an eating disorder, especially Thanksgiving. So if you caved into disordered thoughts don’t dwell on it. Use it as motivation to get better so something like that doesn’t happen again. Remember recovery is about progress, not perfection.
November means high school gymnastics season starts. Season officially began earlier this month which means I now have practice everyday after school and frequent competitions. With that being said, I’ve decided to put my gym workouts on hold for the next few month until season is over and I figured it was a good time to talk about what my training has looked like recently.
Call me weird, but I love reading these types of post since they give me new food ideas to incorporate into my intake. These are just a few of my staples that I keep in my fridge on a weekly basis.
