FDOE 1/15/17

It has been a while since I have posted a FDOE so I decided to break the streak.

I slept in this morning until 9 o’clock which is very late for me since, normally, I’m an early riser. I like to wake up early and be productive because it sets the tone for the day.

Anyways, I decided to sleep in and skip the gym. Rest days are just as important as training days. Your body needs time to repair itself in order to grow and improve.

To start the morning I had a quick snack plate consisting of peanut butter and honey bear naked granola bites, a string cheese, and some sugar snap peas before grocery shopping.

After grocery shopping I meal prepped for the week and then made lunch which was some zoats topped with brownie batter fluff butter.

All evening I worked on a project for AP Biology and totally lost track of time so the next time I ate wasn’t until dinner. For dinner I had some whole wheat bread, an apple, egg white patties, and sugar snap peas.

I also had this key lime Greek yogurt after dinner.

Before heading to bed I had my night snack. I had some lightly salted riced cakes, hummus, an English muffin, a vanilla Greek yogurt with strawberries, and Quest cravings peanut butter cups.

If you have been watching my Instagram stories lately, you probably noticed my night snacks getting bigger and bigger. Most of the time, it is because I get so caught up doing homework that I lose track of time and end up missing snacks.

This is NO excuse to restrict. Even if it means eating a lot right before bed. Often times, I go to bed feeling like I might explode. This is not exactly ideal and it’s something I hope to improve on this upcoming year.

I hope you all enjoyed this full day of eating. Remember that this is what works for my body and everyone’s body is different. No comparison allowed!
