Protein Pumpkin Dip

Yes, it’s the middle of March but I still love finding new ways to used pumpkin and this recipe is so simple yet full of flavor.


Here is what you will need:

-1/2 scoop vanilla protein power

-1/2 cup canned pumpkin

-water

1. Mix protein powder and pumpkin together adding water as necessary. I normally end up adding 2-4 tablespoons to get everything incorporated.


And that’s it! Simple and easy! I normally have this dip with rice cakes, but you can have it with pretty much anything.
