One Carb Waffle

If you know me, I could eat breakfast for every meal of the day – and in most cases I do!

So today I’ll share one of my favorite breakfast recipes: the one carb waffle! This recipe is originally from Amanda Bucci!

Ingredients:
-1 scoop protein powder
-1 egg
-1 teaspoon baking powder
-water

1. Preheat waffle iron and spray with nonstick spray

2. Mix everything together

3. Add water until everything is combined (batter should be a tad runny)

4. Cook in waffle iron

Recipe makes 2-3 small waffles
