Protein Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bites

Yes please to some protein pumpkin chocolate chip bites. These are my new addiction. So simple and easy and so much flavor.


-1 scoop vanilla protein powder

-2 tablespoons PBfit

-2 tablespoons coconut flour

-1/8 cup canned pumpkin

-35 grams water (varies depending on protein powder brand)

-mini chocolate chips

1. Combine protein powder, PBfit, coconut flour, and pumpkin in a small bowl

2. Slowly add water in small intervals; the batter should mimic the texture of a soft cookie dough

3. Mix in chocolate chips and roll into small balls

4. Freeze for 5-10 minutes

SERVINGS: about 7 small balls
