S’mores Protein Cookie Balls

Summer means baking season is in full swing. Credit to @mason_woodruff for these s’mores protein cookie balls.

Here is what you will need:
-heaping 3/4 cup (91 grams) crushed graham crackers
-1 1/2 scoop (48 grams) snickerdoodle protein powder
-2 tablespoons (28 grams) butter
-3/8 cup (45 milliliters) maple syrup
-1 tablespoon (14 grams) mini chocolate chips
-6 mini marshmallows

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit

 

2. Combine crushed graham crackers, protein powder, butter and syrup into a large ball using your hands

3. Break ball into 6 smaller balls and flatten

4. In the center of each flatten ball, place two mini marshmallows and some mini chocolate chips

5. Fold dough around chocolate chips and marshmallows to form a ball
*spray hands with nonstick spray to prevent dough from sticking

6. Refrigerate balls for 5-10 minutes

7. Bake for 6 minutes and let cool

Makes 6 golf ball-sized balls
