Double Chocolate Protein Brownie

Status Update: It’s my birthday weekend and even though I’m low key wishing I could celebrate with a new @mason_woodruff recipe, reality is I am probably spending yet again more money to fund another Nashville foodie adventure. I am not complaining though.

Here is what you will need:
-1 scoop (30 grams) chocolate protein powder
-1 tablespoon (5 grams) cocoa powder
-1 medium (90 grams) banana
-3/8 cup (90 grams) unsweetened applesauce
-1 tablespoon (14 grams) mini chocolate chips

1. Mash banana


2. Add in reminding ingredients (except chocolate chips)


3. Sprinkle with chocolate chips

4. Microwave for 90 seconds


5. Sprinkle more chocolate chips on top

Makes one 4-inch ramekin
