I recently discovered that I had a food processor this WHOLE time and didn’t even know it…so you bet I’ve been making every purée recipe I have saved.
As the name implies, this recipe comes from Kim Hoeltje.
Here is what you will need:
-1 scoop (30 grams) vanilla protein powder
-1 cup (130 grams) garbanzo beans
-1/4 cup (60 grams) canned pumpkin
-3 tablespoons (46 grams) egg whites
-2 tablespoons (30 grams) mini chocolate chips
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
2. Purée everything except baking powder and chocolate chips
3. Combine remaining ingredients
4. Scoop batter onto lined baking sheet
5. Bake for 8-10 minutes
Recipe makes about 20 bite-sized cookies
