Today’s blog post is a throwback full day of eating. This is from my last week of summer before I headed back to Nashville for the semester. Despite being my last week home with a mission to clean out the fridge, freezer, and pantry, I managed to throw together a semi decent day of eating.
I started the morning with a light snack as I ran around the house vacuuming and completing some of my other chores. I had a Chobani Greek yogurt with blueberries and cinnamon ginger fuel snacks.
For lunch I had oatmeal with vanilla bean hummus, a bell pepper omelette, and sugar snap peas.
After lunch I entered full fledge packing mode. Despite putting it off for the past week, I actually finished most of my college packing. I still had a few things left to pack but I got the bulk of it finished which was super relieving.
My mid packing snack was a dark chocolate nuts and sea salt mini KIND bar, cinnamon churro smashmallows, and a string cheese.
Then, I had buttered popcorn rice cakes and pumpkin spice oatmeal energy balls as my pre workout snack on my drive to lifting.
After lifting I had a bowl of cauliflower gnocchi with a cut up mahi mahi burger, california veggies, marinara sauce, and nutritional yeast.
As my night snack, I had puffed rice cereal and cotton candy cap ‘n crunch cereal with cottage cheese and blueberries, lemon cashew energy balls, and an orange cream Yasso bar.
