Everyone’s gym bag looks different and it heavily depends on what your goals are in the gym. If you are only training endurance, you might only have some headphones and running shoes but if you are lifting weights than you have have a pair of converse and a weightlifting belt.
November means high school gymnastics season starts. Season officially began earlier this month which means I now have practice everyday after school and frequent competitions. With that being said, I’ve decided to put my gym workouts on hold for the next few month until season is over and I figured it was a good time to talk about what my training has looked like recently.
