I decided to do a full day of eating for this weeks blog post! There are many pros and cons when it comes to posts like this. My main purpose is to provide some tasty meal and snack ideas and to give a little insight on what a typical day of mine looks like. Of corse, please no harsh comments or comparisons. Everyone’s body has different needs and you need to find what works for you.
If you follow my Instagram (@baileylifts) you know that at the beginning of the month I went on vacation to Florida. A vacation where I had little control over when or what or where I ate. A week before leaving for our family trip, my nutritionist decided I was doing well enough in recovery to move my appointments to as needed. I saw this vacation as my final “test” to ending treatment.
Everyone’s journey is different, so I thought it was fitting to share my own story to start off my blog.
