Recipe time! This time I adapted @theflexibledietinglifestyle’s hulk brownies into chocolate chip mini muffin puffs. These little melt-in-your-mouth bites are pure goodness, and if that wasn’t enough, each puff comes out to roughly 30 calories a piece at 1F/2C/4P depending on the brands of ingredients you have on hand.
First full day of eating – college edition.
Today’s full day of eating is a throwback to some summer eats because at the moment I am unpacking box after box into my home for the next few months.
Morning! Morning friends! Or evening – whenever you get around to reading this! This week’s post – as you can tell from the title is a full day of eating. This a pretty good example of what I eat on any given day during the summer when I don’t have much going on.
Finished my high school career last Wednesday and graduated on Sunday so today’s full day of eating is brought to you by the first day of summer.
